This website is run by Click Converters, a web design and digital marketing business based in Rossendale, Lancashire, owned by James Pickles. For anything to do with your data, email james@clickconverters.co.uk or call 07834 234782.
When you use our quote form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, website address, the service you're interested in, your project brief, timeline, budget and how you found us.
Like all websites, our server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working properly.
We never sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Enquiries are stored securely on our own UK web server and sent to our business email. If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 6 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Only the services needed to run the business: our web hosting provider and our email provider, who process data on our behalf. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting this site doesn't send your details to Google or other third parties.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't need to ask for your consent. The only cookie on this site is a strictly necessary login cookie used by our own admin area, which visitors never see.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Just email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
